Centers of Excellence

The AIM network includes both Centers of Excellence and Reference Centers. Centers of Excellence include expert clinicians in at least two specialty areas of medicine, although it is recommended to have coverage in the areas of allergy/immunology, hematology, pathology and pediatrics with experience in clinical trials. Reference Centers include expert clinician(s) in at least one specialty area of medicine, and these centers are encouraged to expand their team to include additional specialty areas of medicine and to gain experience in clinical trials. Each Center of Excellence and Reference Center has applied via application and been discussed by the AIM Committee with a vote. Specific individualized feedback is given to each Center. While Centers may ask for a review at any time, they are encouraged to do so every 2 years. Acceptance as a Center indicates permission to be listed on the AIM web site. Please do not hesitate to reach out to the AIM Committee for additional information.
